Registration Process:

Fill out the form and click SEND. We will receive the form and you will be registered.

Mail a check for $65.00 per person attending (Payable to Avel Reunion) (This does NOT include your Hotel Room!) to:

Call the Hilton Alexandria mark Hotel at 703-845-1010 or 800-445-8667 and make your room reservations. In order to get your Avel Discount you must specify you are reserving a room for the Avel Reunion. They will hold this rate for us from 13 October to 23 october depending on availability. A credit card will be required to hold the room in our room block.

Cancellation Policy: Room cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before arrival or 1 nights room and tax will be charged.

Reunion Cancellation: You can canel and receive a refund of your reunion fee if you cancel by 30 september.

NOTE: All terms above may be changed as time goes by. If there are changes I will blast email everyone.
